Privacy Policy for Flickcall
TLDR; - Policy in plain English
- We don't sell any kind of data to advertisers. Not now, not ever.
- Your video calls and chats stay between you and your friends. We use peer-to-peer technology, which means your conversations go directly to the other person—they don't pass through our servers. In cases where peer-to-peer communication is blocked for a user, communication is encrypted and routed by our servers to overcome the block. This encryption is mandatory and enforced by the browser. Read more.
- The extension has zero third-party trackers—no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels. Our website (https://flickcall.com) uses analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude) to measure traffic—which is industry standard—but the extension itself is completely third-party tracker-free.
- We do collect anonymized technical information when Flickcall services are active on streaming platforms. The information includes pretty standard stuff like browser details and user interactions that are necessary for core functionality, monitoring services, and optimizing the product.
- If you create a Flickcall account, your name and email address will be stored with us. You have full right to delete the data here.
